1. Shipping Coverage

We ship computer hardware and components across India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days
  • Cost: ₹500
  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹50000

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 2-3 business days
  • Cost: ₹1000
  • Available for: Major cities only

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS notification with tracking link
  • Real-time tracking through your account dashboard

5. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable shipping partners including:

  • Blue Dart
  • DTDC
  • Delhivery
  • FedEx (for express shipping)

6. Delivery Locations

We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses across India, including remote areas. However, delivery to certain remote locations may take additional 2-3 days.

7. Packaging

All products are carefully packed with:

  • Bubble wrap and protective materials
  • Sturdy corrugated boxes
  • Tamper-proof packaging tape
  • Fragile stickers for delicate items

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability:

  • Carrier will attempt delivery 2-3 times
  • You will be notified via phone/email
  • Package will be held at local facility for 7 days
  • Unclaimed packages will be returned to us

9. Address Changes

10. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon delivery. If damaged, refuse delivery or note damage on delivery receipt and contact us within 48 hours.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier.

11. Pre-Built Systems

Custom-built PCs require additional 3-5 business days for assembly and testing before shipping. Total delivery time: 8-12 business days.

12. Bulk Orders

For bulk orders (10+ items), please contact us for customized shipping arrangements and potential discounts on shipping costs.
