1. Return Policy
At Nexgen Communication, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Item must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation
- Item must have all original tags and labels attached
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase (invoice) must be provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened software or downloadable products
- Laptop batteries and other consumables
- Customized or personalized products
- Products with tampered or broken seals
- Pre-built custom PCs (unless defective)
4. How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization (RMA number)
- Pack the item securely with all original contents
- Ship the item to the address provided with your RMA number
5. Return Shipping
For defective or damaged items, we will cover return shipping costs. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Refund Timeline:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Wallets: 3-5 business days
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for pickup at no cost to you
- You will receive a full refund or replacement
9. Warranty Returns
For warranty claims on products after the 7-day return window, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance with warranty service.
10. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, if the order has been processed or shipped, standard return procedures apply.
11. Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged for returns of defective or damaged items. For other returns, we reserve the right to charge up to 10% restocking fee for opened items.
